Colleagues,
I had the pleasure of going over to the Moody school on Tuesday to find many teachers and ESPs hard at work cleaning rooms, putting together puppet stands, and just getting things ready for the next day with their students. It was the first time I have been to Moody, where pre-school students get the chance to begin their formal education within the Haverhill School System.
I want to thank everyone for taking the time out of their very busy schedule to say hello and to show me around. It was only when the building had to be closed up and all the staff were asked to leave that the building was empty. Many teachers and ESP’s wanted to stay! That is what makes up teachers at the Moody school and throughout Haverhill. The end of the day when the bell rings is just the opportunity to see what else they can plan and do for the benefits of the students.
I hope to come to all the schools in the future and see all the great things that everyone is doing. Stay tuned for the next adventure!
