I am very pleased to report that the new Educational Support Personnel contract was overwhelmingly approved tonight by ESP Unit members! After some great discussion, the vote was virtually unanimous with 99% in favor of the MOA!
ESPs should be proud of this agreement and the steps it makes towards a Living Wage. Furthermore, this contract is the direct result of the efforts of not only the Bargaining Team but also every ESP and other unit members who supported the campaign in all our various advocacy actions.
When WE fight, WE win!
